Management Team
Akshay Garg is an entrepreneur with business interests in
China and India. Currently, he runs his own consulting
company TaklaShan in China and a Chinese language centre in
New Delhi. Prior to that he was an economic researcher at
the International Labour Organization in Geneva, Switzerland
and a Business Analyst with Deloitte Consulting in Seattle,
USA. Akshay attended the Graduate Institute of International
Studies in Geneva, Switzerland for graduate-level studies in
economics and Whitman College in Washington state, USA for a
Bachelors in economics and political science.
Gaurav Garg is a Media consultant with UNICEF, New Delhi,
where he liaisons with domestic and international media to
promote women's and children's issues. Prior to that, he was
a Social Welfare consultant with Centro de Estudios Y
Publicaciones Sociales in Lima, Peru. Gaurav attended
Whitman College in Washington state, USA for a Bachelors
degree in history.
Akshay and Gaurav have an interest in healthcare services
that stems from a childhood interest in medicine and a
doctor father.
Advisor
Amar Goel is an experienced USA-based executive with
significant experience in growing startup companies as well
as managing mature organizations. Currently he is with MSN
running a sales and service group. Prior to that he was with
McKinsey & Co, and previously he had founded and run
Chipshot.com, a leading e-commerce company selling golf
equipment. He has a Masters in computer science and a
Bachelors in economics from Harvard University.
